What we answer

• Error reports. A wrong figure, a broken link, a legal summary that has aged badly, a source we have misread. These are answered first, and material corrections are noted on the page where the error appeared.
• Subject suggestions. A question none of our pages answers yet, or a city the City Index has not reached. Telling us what you went looking for and did not find is more useful than you think.
• Concerns about a character. Everyone in Profiles is invented. If a character resembles a real person closely enough to cause them a problem, say so through complaints and removals and we will change or remove it. We will not ask for proof.
• Questions about the domain. We are not connected to any previous owner of this address and hold none of their material. The about page has the history.

What we do not answer

We do not broker, book or arrange anything, and we hold contact details for nobody. Enquiries of that kind get no reply, however they are phrased.

We answer within a few working days.
